  This has been my go-to Target store for 9/10 years. The familiar faces that have been there for 5+ years are nowhere to be found. After dealing w/the new “management” I now understand why the place is changing for the worse. The concept “customer service” is obsolete in this store. A dark-haired guy (under the age of 40), who did not even have on a name tag, claimed to be management. He brazenly treated me, and his fellow employees, with complete disrespect. The first time I saw him there was during a negative encounter around September. If he truly is a manager, he is far outside of his skill set. Regardles of title, his behavior is unprofessional. This employee completely lacks ability to listen, trouble-shoot, or enforce store policy in even the most remedial fashions. To top it off his clothing and appearance were so sloppy it looks like he’s been spending his nights on sleeping in the stock room floor. Managers should represent the best. Maybe they should have promoted from within b/c prior to this holiday season there were a lot of fantastic, competent people working the registers, customer service & floors. They are the proof there WAS good training & team management!!!
